A Scottsdale mom noticed water damage in her daughter's room and called us concerned. We came out, inspected everything, and gave her the honest truth:
This is a small job. And we're not going to make it bigger.
We built proper containment to protect the rest of the home during material removal, ran an air scrubber to keep the air clean, removed the affected materials, and took care of it the right way — start to finish.
Was it the most profitable job we've ever run? No.
Was it the right thing to do? Absolutely.
We told her upfront — no claim needed here. Out of pocket made more sense. Fair price, honest scope, no pressure.
Because at Unified Restoration, we'd rather do the right thing for a mom worried about her daughter's room than pad a job that doesn't need padding.
Honesty over money. Every time.
