Referral Program Terms and Conditions

Version 1.0 – Effective June 17, 2025

By participating in the Unified Restoration LLC Referral Program, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Eligibility

The referral program is open to all customers of Unified Restoration LLC. The referrer must provide the full name and valid contact information of the person they are referring.

2. Referral Rewards

• For Insurance Claims: For every successful referral that results in a completed insurance claim project, the referrer will receive a $250 gift card. Additionally, $250 will be donated to a charity of our choice.
• For Cash Jobs: For referrals resulting in cash jobs, the referrer will receive $100. Additionally, $100 will be donated to a charity of our choice.

3. Referral Submission

Referrals must be submitted via the official referral form on the Unified Restoration LLC website. Submissions via other methods (email, phone, etc.) may not be accepted.

4. Reward Delivery

• Gift Card: Delivered within 30 days of completed and paid insurance claim projects.
• Charity Donation: Processed within 30 days of completed and paid project (insurance or cash job).

5. Multiple Referrals

Referrers can earn multiple rewards for each successful referral. Each eligible referral counts separately.

6. Changes or Cancellations

Unified Restoration LLC reserves the right to modify or cancel the referral program at any time without prior notice.

7. Restrictions

• Cannot be combined with other promotions or discounts.
• Referral rewards are non-transferable.
• Rewards may be subject to local taxes.

8. Liability Disclaimer

Unified Restoration LLC is not responsible for any losses, damages, or injuries arising from participation in the referral program.

9. Privacy and Data Handling

All personal information collected through the referral form is used solely to track, fulfill, and administer the referral program. This information will never be sold or shared with third parties outside of Unified Restoration LLC, except as necessary to fulfill program obligations. 10. What Constitutes a Successful Referral

A “successful referral” is defined as one that results in a fully completed and paid project by the referred customer, either through an insurance claim or a direct cash job. Unified Restoration LLC reserves the right to determine the validity of each referral.

This referral program is ongoing but may end at any time without notice. Rewards are only valid for referrals submitted and completed during the program’s active period.
