That's exactly what this Peoria homeowner walked into. An RO system in the kitchen had been leaking — and by the time they got home, water had spread through the entire house.
They called us immediately. We responded fast.
From the moment we arrived, we took the stress completely off their plate:
- Full property inspection & moisture mapping
- Water extraction & drying equipment deployed throughout
- Worked directly with their insurance company
- Handled all adjuster communication start to finish
- Provided every document the carrier requested — fast & accurately
- Kept the homeowner informed every step of the way
Coming home to water running out of your house is one of the most overwhelming things a homeowner can experience. Our job isn't just to dry the home — it's to make sure the family feels taken care of while we do it.
That's the Unified difference.
