A PEX line behind the kitchen sink failed — and the damage told a hard truth. The cabinets and glue-down wood flooring that ran through almost the entire house were beyond saving.
We documented everything thoroughly and sent all photos directly to the insurance company. The field adjuster wanted to see the loss in person before approving demo.
So we waited.
No shortcuts. No starting work before getting proper approval. No pressure on the homeowner to push things through faster than the process allowed.
When the field adjuster arrived, he saw exactly what our photos showed — nothing more, nothing less. He gave us the approval on the spot and we got to work immediately.
Cabinets removed. Flooring removed. Everything done correctly and completely.
The homeowner was happy. The adjuster was satisfied. And we did it the only way we know how — with full transparency from start to finish.
We don't hide anything. We never have to.
